3. Auto-Renewal Subscriptions
Our app offer auto-renewable subscription services. These subscriptions will automatically renew at the end of the subscription period unless you cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for the renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

4. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of our apps, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of AI Girlfriend developer and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

5. User Conduct
You agree not to use our apps for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could harm or impair anyone else’s use of the apps. You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our apps or related systems or networks.

6. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our apps without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms of Use.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our apps are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We does not warrant that the apps will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the apps or the server that makes them available are free of viruses or other harmful components.

8. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Mary Gill, developers, employees, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use our apps.

9. Governing Law
These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which developer account is established, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

10. Changes to Terms of Use
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our apps following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.

Payment and Cancellation
Payments for subscriptions will be charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings on your iPhone. To cancel a subscription:
1. Open the Settings app.
2. Tap your name.
3. Tap Subscriptions.
4. Select the subscription you want to manage.
5. Tap Cancel Subscription.
If you cancel, the subscription will stop at the end of the current billing cycle.
